Returning the machine
A straightforward return.
We will agree the return or collection window with you when confirming the hire. We aim to make the timing flexible within reason.
Return checklist
- Return the machine clean enough for its condition to be inspected.
- Return all three buckets, the ripper, Auger Torque drive and augers, hydraulic grabber, pins, keys and every other supplied item.
- Tell us promptly about any damage, warning light, fault or missing item.
- Do not modify, disassemble or tamper with the machine, attachments or safety equipment.
Fair wear and damage
Reasonable wear from proper use is different from avoidable damage, misuse, loss, missing equipment or excessive cleaning. The machine and attachments are checked and their condition recorded at handover and return.
Return time and fuel
We will confirm the return window and fuel requirements when arranging your hire. If your plans change, call or SMS us as early as possible so we can work out a practical solution.
